How and when orders are delivered.

Where we deliver

We deliver across South Africa.

Options and rates

• Standard — 5 to 7 business days. R100.
• Express — 2 to 3 business days. R150, or free on orders over R2,000.

Processing

Orders are picked and dispatched on business days. Delivery estimates run from dispatch, not from when the order is placed.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is dispatched.

If you are not there

For Standard and Express delivery the courier will leave instructions for collection or redelivery.

Problems with a delivery
